FlyingHorse
A race against another person where you steer one spark with your finger, and the only thing that decides your speed is how well you hold the line.
The race
The track scrolls past you and you move left and right along it. Stay on the line and you keep your speed; drift off and you slow to a crawl while your opponent keeps going. There is no boost button and nothing to collect — the whole skill is a steady finger under pressure.
A clean run takes a little over half a minute. The two-minute limit is not a safety net: someone who spends the race off the line will simply not arrive, and that is the point. Passivity should not be able to finish the track.
Both players see the same race
Your phone sends nothing but where your finger is. It does not report your progress, your speed, or that you finished — the server runs the race itself and tells both players what happened. Your phone still simulates the race in parallel so the controls feel immediate, but when the two disagree, the server is right. That is what keeps a close finish honest.
What's planned
- Head-to-head races with a rating that moves with each result, and matchmaking that widens its search the longer you wait.
- Bots that play by producing finger input like anyone else, so an empty queue still gives you a real race.
- A campaign map of tracks to work through on your own.
- Skins bought with coins earned by racing.
Availability
FlyingHorse is still in development — there is no build to try yet, and no test list to join. It will get its own page here, and its own privacy policy, before it goes anywhere near a store. If you want to hear when that happens, write to us.
